Cummins Inc., a global power leader, is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. Headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, (USA) Cummins is expanding their offices and is adding a parking complex to handle all the new cars that will be coming into their newly expanded office. On this parking structure GSky has installed a massive 7,000 sqft  Basic Wall™ on two sides of the four story structure.

THE PROCESS
Basic Wall™ uses very large plants in the containers at its installation and therefore does not always require pre-growth before installation.
MAINTENANCE
In cold climates, plant roots must be protected before they reach temperates that kill them. Basic Wall™ containers employ both insulation on all the walls of the containers and a heat trace wire system that runs below the containers designed to prevent root damage from cold temperatures.
