Daryl Carpenter owns and operates Metropolitan Property management, a licensed commercial/industrial property management and leasing company based out of Surrey, BC Canada. He has been in the property management business since 1994 and the land development business since 1997. He is also general manager for Resland Development Corp, a land development company with projects in Western Canada and Arizona. Daryl currently serves on the Board of Directors for Upton Capital, a mortgage investment corporation; and The Canadian Museum of Flight in Langley, BC.

Mr. Carpenter has been a member of the GSky Board of Directors since 2007.
